SUMMER: Ovulatory Phase

Ah, and here comes summer—ovulation phase, baby! It’s all about peak hormones and radiant magnetism. You’re a powerhouse of connection and love. This is the perfect time to put yourself out there, connect with others, and share your offers. Client-facing work shines during this phase. Embrace the confidence, resilience, and that beautiful flow. Trust me, nothing is more magnetic than an ovulating woman. Own it and work it!

AUTUMN: Premenstrual Phase

Now, let’s talk about the premenstrual phase—autumn vibes, my friend. Some may call it the “difficult” phase, but let’s shift that perspective. Your energy and outwardness decrease, but guess what? You’ve got some incredible strengths here. Focus, clarity, boundaries, and decision-making skills hit their peak. You’re like a queen, knowing what’s not working and making necessary changes. Embrace the truth and refine the details.

When we are aware of our cycle we can map out your launches, create content, plan client interactions, and handle administrative tasks accordingly.
