1. BEFORE you start writing, step back and talk to you customer/s. This might be past customers/clients or ideal customer/clients. You could even get your insight from hanging out in places like Facebook groups…without posting a thing!

2. Look at the words your clients/customers are using, the problems they’re having, any objections they might have AND their desires – what’s the dream solution?

3. Tap into messaging that will resonate with your audience so that when they read your content it feels like you are really speaking to them and where they’re at.
