After crunching the numbers from last year, I found that a whopping one-third of my sales came from a Black Friday live launch. It’s clear that while live launches might make you feel like you’ve run a marathon, the returns are phenomenal.
Balancing these labour-intensive launch periods with the steady drip of evergreen strategies is crucial. Live launches can be exhausting, but they give you a big payoff. Robyn added her two cents, describing evergreen as the ultimate “flex” strategy. It’s not a cakewalk; it demands a well-oiled funnel and continuous promotion. So, what’s the verdict? Robyn’s personal journey is nothing short of inspiring. Back in September 2018, amid family health crises and business challenges, she experienced overwhelming burnout. In a rather dramatic move, she announced “the end” on Instagram.
But by January, she realized the issue wasn’t her business, but how she managed it. Shifting her focus to one signature online course, she embraced a sustainable business model. Now, she runs what she calls a “sweet six business” – generating 200-500k in revenue while working no more than 20 hours per week. Talk about living the dream!
What’s Robyn’s secret for success? A well-orchestrated routine. Despite conventional wisdom, Robyn enjoys checking her emails first thing in the morning – a calming ritual. Balancing her workdays with family time, school drop-offs, and dedicated asynchronous group support, Robyn has carved out a harmonious life-work blend.
